Tesla CEO Elon Musk will not be testifying as a witness in Johnny Depp's defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard, the billionaire's lawyer Alex Spiro stated. Earlier, reports had said that Musk, who reportedly dated Amber in 2016, could be testifying in the court. Depp had alleged that Amber began dating Musk while she was still married to the actor.
