Emami Founders RS Agarwal and RS Goenka have stepped down from their executive positions to transition the business to their next generation. The board appointed Goenka as Non-Executive Chairman while re-designating RS Agarwal as Chairman Emeritus. Agarwal's younger son Harsha V Agarwal and Goenka's eldest son Mohan Goenka have been in the FMCG business for over two decades.
