Emami Limited executed a definitive agreement on April 1, 2026, to acquire the remaining 73.5% stake in Axiom Ayurveda Private Limited in a phased manner over three months. In the first instalment, Emami acquired a 36.7% additional stake, taking its holding from 26.5% to a majority position for up to ₹200 crore.
