Pune-based Emcure Pharmaceuticals has filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI to raise around ₹4,000 crore through an IPO. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares up to ₹1,100 crore and an offer for sale of up to 1,81,68,356 equity shares. It will use the proceeds from the issue towards repayment of debt and general corporate purposes.
