Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his 'Mann Ki Baat' address on Sunday said it was an emotional moment for the families of martyrs and citizens when 'Amar Jawan Jyoti' at India Gate was merged with the flame at National War Memorial. "On this emotional moment, many citizens and the family of martyrs had tears in their eyes," he said.
