Mentally strong and resilient people who can effectively deal with life's challenges, pressures, and stressors may live longer, a new study says. Experts from Sun Yat-Sen University in China found emotional resilience can halve your risk of an early death. "Positive emotions may mitigate the negative impact of accumulated adversity on people's mental health," said study author Dr. Yiqiang Zhan.
