A Reddit user, claiming to be a Kolkata-based Tech Mahindra BPO employee, alleged her boss fired her for taking three days' sick leave. She claimed he called her medical document, issued by a government hospital, a "₹5 paper" and alleged that it was fake. The boss' WhatsApp message, shared by her, showed him claiming she "ghosted" him completely.
