Hike Education's Business Development Manager Piyush Kumar alleged that he has resigned after being mentally harassed, humiliated and defamed by his Senior Manager Ruchi Parashar. Sharing a video of the same, Kumar claimed Ruchi once made him climb stairs 50 times as punishment for not meeting his target. He also alleged HR and CEO Rahul Sharma dismissed the matter.
