An employee passed away due to a cardiac arrest 10 minutes after he sent a sick leave message to his boss. In a post on X, the boss wrote, "Just 40 years of age, healthy & fit. Married with a child. No smoking and never tasted alcohol...Completely shocked." The employee told his boss that he had back pain.
