AI fintech startup Ramp's chief product officer (CPO), Geoff Charles, said current employees are expected to be AI-native. "If [employee isn't] using Claude code this year, no matter what your role is, you're probably underperforming compared to others in...company," Charles said. "The people who are still at level zero in AI proficiency…will most likely not be at…company,” he added.
