A Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) site report has revealed that most areas in the city got flooded due to illegal encroachment of nullahs. Following the report, the additional municipal commissioner instructed the building permission department to file a report on how permissions were granted for such constructions. This comes after several areas in Pune got flooded following rainfall on Sunday.
