Enforcement Directorate (ED) cracked down on the Haryana Shahri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) fake refund scam, conducting searches in Chandigarh, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Baddi, and Solan. The investigation, initiated on an FIR by Haryana Police, revealed a misuse of HSVP bank accounts from 2015 to 2019, causing a ₹70 Crore loss to the government.
