England man's old Pokémon cards fetch £1.56 million at auction

A retired father in England became a millionaire after selling 41 sets of Pokemon cards he had stored in his attic for 15 years. The collection, featuring 42 complete sets in mint condition, fetched a staggering 1.56 million pounds (over $2 million) at auction. He had originally bought the cards to share his son's childhood interest in Pokemon.
