The UK government has said it will end the 14-day COVID-19 quarantine rule for people arriving in England from over 50 low-risk countries, from July 10 onwards. This list includes Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, New Zealand and South Korea, among others. However, the US, which has over 24 lakh cases, remains on "red list", Transport Secretary Grant Shapps said.
