Union Minister Smriti Irani on Saturday said she is 'enraged' by Nirbhaya gangrape and murder convicts 'mocking justice' by delaying execution, adding that urgent steps are required to end it. "We need to go a step forward, especially with regard to conviction rates," said Irani. The execution of the four convicts has been deferred thrice.
