Enser Communications Ltd has completed the strategic integration of Growintelli Technologies Private Limited, its wholly-owned subsidiary since February 2025. This transforms Enser into a comprehensive IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions company. Growintelli, with ₹4.32 crore net revenue in FY24-25, is projected to double revenue this fiscal year, driven by expanded service offerings.
