Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd (EIEL) approved the acquisition of EIE Renewables Pvt Ltd for ₹10 lakh, acquiring all equity shares. EIEL will further invest ₹49.9 crore in EIE Renewables through shares or convertible loans, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. EIE Renewables focuses on renewable energy generation and distribution across India but has NIL turnover as business is yet to commence.
