Employees' Provident Fund Organisation's (EPFO) 'Nidhi Aapke Nikat' (NAN) grievance redressal has cut pending consumer cases by 46% in two years, an official note said. The overall pendency of litigation cases has reduced from 31,036 cases as on 1 April 2025 to 27,639 cases a year later, marking the lowest ever level of litigation pendency in EPFO, the note added.
