Equity is the worst form of capital: OfBusiness CEO Asish

OfBusiness CEO Asish Mohapatra said on the podcast that the five forms of capital, from best to worst, are own profits, customer advances, supplier credit, debt and equity. He called equity the most expensive form, carrying a “moral burden” beyond ownership dilution. He said early-stage firms are often forced to take equity first, effectively using capital in reverse order.
