Blinkit parent Eternal, Swiggy and Zepto together hold a cash reserve of over ₹40,000 crore despite using up nearly ₹9,000 crore in the past 11 months, a Moneycontrol analysis found. The surge in cash results from a series of fundraises and capital infusions over the past few months. The most recent cash buildup came from Swiggy’s ₹10,000-crore qualified institutional placement.
