EU Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen called it "unacceptable" as thousands of migrants broke into Spain's Ceuta through Morocco's border fence. She added that she assigned two commissioners to help control the situation. "We cannot allow anyone to come to our Union without abiding by rules. Dangerous crossings must stop immediately. Smuggling networks must be dismantled," she further said.
