EU Foreign Policy Chief Josep Borrell said International Criminal Court (ICC) warrants are binding and EU will have to implement court's decision. This comes after ICC issued warrants against Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu and ex-Defence Minister Yoav Gallant for alleged crimes against humanity. "Every time someone disagrees with Israeli government, they're being accused of antisemitism," he said.
