European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced on Tuesday that the European Union is launching the first EU Legal Gateway Office in India to support Indian talent moving to Europe. Leyen stated that the office will "facilitate the movement of students, researchers, and seasonal and highly skilled workers" to Europe. Notably, India-EU have signed a Free Trade Agreement.
