EV maker Rivian is giving its CEO and Founder, RJ Scaringe, a fresh performance-based stock package worth as much as $5 billion over the next decade, if all the underlying goals are met. This pay deal is similar to Tesla's record $1-trillion pay package for its CEO, Elon Musk. Additionally, Scaringe's base salary is doubled to $2 million/year.
