English Premier League side Everton has received a new two-point deduction for breaching Premier League's PSR up to 2023. This was the second point deduction for the Toffees, as the PL docked a record 10 points in November for a 19.5m Euros overspend in the four years up to 2022 although that was reduced to six points on appeal.
