Mohandas Pai, chairman of Aarin Capital, said on the podcast that education must be compulsory for every Indian child until Class 12. He cited heavy dropouts: of 100 children in Class 1, only about 55-60 pass Class 12, and just 27-28 reach college. "Every child is valuable," he said.
