The 7-year-old beauty & personal care D2C brand will sell 4,12,48,162 equity shares to the public at a valuation of $1.2 Bn. HCL, Mamaearth’s parent will launch a 3-day IPO on Oct 31. Share allotment will be done by November 7, and the stock is likely to be listed on the BSE and the NSE on November 10.
