The Election Commission (EC) announced that EVM ballot papers will feature colour photographs of candidates for the first time, starting with the Bihar Assembly elections. Serial numbers of candidates/NOTA will be printed in the international form of Indian numerals, in bold font and size 30. Additionally, all names will have the same font type and size for easy readability.
