Ajay Gopinath, a Kerala resident, impulsively quit his banking job of 14 years. He grew curious about microgreens, did his research, and started cultivating them in a 64-square-foot room in his house. Under the Grow Green Store, he sells microgreens worth ₹3.5 lakh every month to hotels, restaurants and the general public.
