Former Karnataka DGP Om Prakash's wife Pallavi said "domestic violence" was the reason she killed him, multiple reports said. She also claimed he "poisoned" her food and water and she was being held "hostage". "Always in surveillance by Om Prakash's agents wherever I go," Pallavi had posted in WhatsApp groups, NDTV reported. Pallavi is allegedly suffering from schizophrenia.
