Punjab Police's ex-DSP Gursher Singh, who was dismissed for facilitating the interview of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi from jail, spent ₹2.59 crore in last three years while his official income was ₹26 lakh, a report said. The vigilance bureau suspects that he may have fled abroad. He allegedly bought disputed land parcels at throwaway prices and sold them at inflated rates.
