Former HC chief justice L Narasimha Reddy on Tuesday withdrew from the one-man Commission of Inquiry set up by Telangana government to look into the role of ex-CM KCR in alleged irregularities in power sector. The move came when the Supreme Court orally expressed disapproval of the press statements made by Justice Reddy, raising doubts that he pre-judged the issue.
