A former Hizbul Mujahideen overground worker said he was trained to transport goods and weapons and had opened a hideout to help terrorists in the past. "We used to get food from a hotel to give to terrorists and change number plates before using motorcycles to transport terrorists," he said. "Everyone knows Pakistan gives instructions.
