Ex-Merchant Navy man takes amla farming from ₹3/kg to ₹9 lakh/acre

Shyam Singh's family in Haryana once sold amla for just ₹3 per kg, earning ₹45,000 an acre. After quitting the Merchant Navy, he began natural farming and now earns over ₹9 lakh an acre by simply processing amla into juice, murabba, pickles and more and sells the products locally.
