Fresh from his stellar T20I series outing against West Indies, Green smashed a 13-ball 35, narrowly missing out on an all-time Australian record, in the first T20I against South Africa, on August 10 (Sunday). Green had the glorious opportunity to smash the fastest-ever half-century for an Australian batter, when he was on 31 off nine balls.
