In yet another case of sexual harassment by a former Supreme Court judge, another law intern alleged that she was sexually harassed during her internship in May 2011 by judge (retd.) Swatanter Kumar, who is currently the Chairperson of National Green Tribunal. The complainant is a former student of National University of Juridical Sciences in Kolkata.
