Ex-staff used our circuit design inside OpenAI's workflow: Apple

Apple alleged that former employee Chang Liu, now at OpenAI, accessed its power-converter circuit schematic inside the startup's workflow. The firm said the evidence came from a MacBook OpenAI provided during an ongoing trade-secret theft investigation. Apple claimed OpenAI knew about Liu’s access to its data and alleged that he sought colleague Yu-Ting Peng’s help to destroy evidence.
