Former TMC MP Saket Gokhale has filed a complaint seeking an FIR against Additional DCP (North East District) Sandeep Lamba, who allegedly slapped a female protester at the Cockroach Janta Party's protest in Delhi. "Every single police officer who illegally assaulted peaceful protesters must be brought to justice," he stated. Notably, Lamba has been removed from Jantar Mantar.
