Ex-Aus captain refused to go past Bradman's Test record score

Australia's former captain Mark Taylor declared Australia's innings on October 16, 1998, after he had equalled Don Bradman's score of 334, the then-highest score by an Australian in Test cricket. Taylor had reached the score at the end of the second day of the Test against Pakistan following which he declared the innings at the start of the third day.
