A bug in US cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase's system allowed users to add unlimited Ethereum to their account. A set of digital wallets controlled by a smart contract could be manipulated to trick Coinbase into believing that a transfer had occurred. The vulnerability was discovered by a Dutch fintech firm which was rewarded by Coinbase with a $10,000 bounty.
