Nitin Seth, the former Chief Operations Officer at Flipkart, has sent a legal notice to the e-commerce giant a month after he was fired from the startup. Seth believes that he was illegally ousted and hence decided to take legal action against Flipkart. Reports said that Seth was asked to leave as he couldn't fit into Flipkart's work culture.
