A former Infosys employee who was working in the US, Anuj Kapoor, has sued the company alleging it made him work over 1,000 hours of overtime without pay. Kapoor said he worked for 11 hours a day but was paid for eight hours or fewer. His manager allegedly said employees refusing to work overtime will be sent back to India.
