Exercise lowers blood pressure by restoring brain function: Study

A study by Juntendo University, Japan, published in Acta Physiologica, found that exercise prevents stress-induced high blood pressure by restoring STAT3 levels in the amygdala. Led by Prof. Hidefumi Waki, the research shows that regular exercise can help regulate blood pressure and protect heart health by countering stress-related gene changes.
