Italian-American carmaker Fiat Chrysler's late CEO Sergio Marchionne received a total of $54 million (₹383 crore) in cash compensation, perks and shares in 2018, the year of his death. About $42 million of that came from shares granted under a long-term award. He was also paid a bonus of $5.2 million for 2017, and $2.3 million in salary.
