Ex-Haryana CM Om Prakash Chautala, who was serving a 10-year prison term in a teacher recruitment scam case, has been released from Tihar jail. The 86-year-old, who was already out on parole, completed formalities on Friday after which he was released. As per officials, since Chautala has already served nine years and nine months, he was eligible to get released.
