Karnataka-based expense management startup Happay has raised $10 million in a Series B funding round led by Sequoia Capital. Investors like Singapore-based equity fund Axiom Capital and Yahoo Co-founder Jerry Yang-led venture fund AME Cloud Ventures also participated in the round. Founded in 2012, Happay streamlines user expense workflows and helps companies to manage employees' expenses.
