Dr Naveen explained that while radish provides vitamin C, it lacks vitamin A and carotenoids like lutein and zeaxanthin, key nutrients for retinal function and sharp vision. Without these, eating raw radish has little to no impact on eyesight, making it a refreshing food choice but not a vision-enhancing one.
