Expert reveals 'Brain Shower' night time ritual for perfect sleep

To achieve a 'Brain Shower', AIIMS-trained expert Sonia Narang recommended a specific nighttime routine of washing hands, face, and feet before bed. She also suggested keeping the room cold, using a heavy blanket and switching to a dim side lamp. She added that reading two pages of a physical book significantly boosts concentration and sleep quality compared to scrolling.
