Experts explain whether eating lychee keeps diseases away

Lychee contains vitamin C, polyphenols and other antioxidant compounds that may support immune and cardiovascular health. However, there is no scientific evidence that consuming lychee can prevent all diseases or provide permanent protection. Healthy living is not built on a single superfood. Lychee does contain antioxidants, but this should not be interpreted as complete disease protection.
