PVR-INOX will resume screening Malayalam films after a dispute with the Kerala Film Producers' Association over content sharing. The KFPA launched the Producers Digital Cinema (PDC) facility to avoid high fees charged by existing service providers like QUBE, UFO, and Sony, which negatively impact producers' revenue. PVR-INOX, which has contracts with these providers, is unable to work with them.
